Weaver
The fake spook occupation Weaver may be a translation pun with Shapiro which means “nobility”. The word root √špr means “good” & “beautiful”, but also “weaving” (“beautification” of clothing), and also “nobleman” (coming from a “good” background).
Of course, spooks may also have run actual large businesses connected to weaving, only they were the owners and not the workers.
